Why we're building Rito.

Rito started from a simple frustration.

We loved great coffee.
We hated everything that came with it.

The machines. The cleaning. The capsules. The complexity. The €5 daily habit that adds up fast. Equipment that breaks, needs descaling, demands attention.

We kept asking the same question: why does great coffee have to be this complicated?

I chose it because it's Fair Trade certified and 100% Arabica — one ingredient, nothing hidden. I was born in Ethiopia, where coffee was born. I care about where it comes from and who gets paid for growing it.

So we started building Rito.

And now you've tasted it.
